Information kept in Log Data: Modern Twig servers are set up to automatically record information created by Your use of our Services (hereinafter referred to as “log data”). Log data may include information such as Your IP address, mobile carrier, UDID numbers, location, device specific information (including User Content). Other user actions, including but not limited to, Your interactions with our website, may also be included and stored as log data. We reserve the right to hold log data as long as Your account has not been deleted or deactivated, and as long as You have not requested us to delete Your information, through Modern Twig’s formal deletion/deactivation process (see “User’s Privacy Rights” below).

User’s Privacy Rights

Accessing and Updating Your Personal Information: Once Modern Twig receives the personal information You provided to us and associated with Your account, that information is stored and used by Modern Twig in accordance with this Privacy Policy. As a registered user of our Services, You may access and update that information by visiting the account section within member’s area of the Modern Twig website.

Right to Request Information Collected: You have the right to request what categories and pieces of information Modern Twig has collected by contacting This request can only be honored two (2) times a year and the request must be verified by Modern Twig to be granted. In the event that Modern Twig collects or uses any other additional categories of personal information not listed above, Modern Twig will first provide You with notice of such intent.

Deactivation and Deletion of Account: Modern Twig in its sole power and discretion can deactivate or delete any account of any User. Upon written request to Modern Twig at, a deactivated account can be reactivated. Right to Request Deletion of Information Collected: You have the right to request that Modern Twig delete Your collected personal information. Third Party Sales Rights: Modern Twig sometimes uses third party service providers to enhance the user experience, but does not sell Your information without notice to You.
