WHITE GLOVE SERVICE

Enjoy white-glove service within Los Angeles County and surrounding areas! We hand-deliver your order and unload items into one room of your choice.
Deliveries are available Monday through Saturday, with specific timing coordinated before your order ships.
PICK UP ON-SITE
Once your items are ready, we will contact you to schedule a pickup time that fits your schedule. Our team will have your order ready and we’ll help you safely load everything into your vehicle.

Curbside Delivery (Standard)
Your order will be delivered to the edge of your property, such as the end of your driveway or curb. The driver will use a lift gate to lower the pallet to the ground. You or an authorized representative must be present to receive, inspect, and sign for the delivery.This is an unassisted delivery, so we recommend having help available to move your items inside.

Important Delivery Information
Any additional fees charged by the shipping company as a result of re-delivery due to the customer not being present, an incorrect address, storage fees, etc. will be the sole responsibility of the customer.Delivering to islands or remote areas may result in additional shipping/ferry fees, which if incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Currently we do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii.
How long does shipping take after it’s left Modern Twig?
How does my order get shipped?
We meticulously package each individual piece as best we can to ensure safe transit. For most large orders, they ship on a 4’ by 8’ pallet. Large orders get shipped LTL (a private shipper with Less-Than-a-Truckload). Currently, we only offer curbside delivery only.
How will I know if my order has shipped?
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
What if I need to change my shipping address?
Please contact us at hello@moderntwig.com if your order requires a change of address.
What is curbside delivery?
For larger orders, your order will be delivered by freight truck on a large 8 foot pallet. The freight company will deliver the wooden pallet as close as possible to the curb only on the main road. This does not include bringing the pallet up to, into, or around the back of the residence, just a curbside drop off. It is not the drivers responsibility to bring freight into your house, garage, etc. Drivers do not assist with unpacking, set-up or clean up.
It is highly recommended to have help available with moving and unloading your order.
What are LTL / Freight delivery appointments?
The freight company will call you to schedule a Monday – Friday delivery appointment. They usually require a 4-hour window.
Do I need to be present at the time of delivery?
Yes! Please be advised that when you sign off on the shipment, you are stating that everything has arrived, so take the time to make sure all major boxes are there. You do not need to open each box, but just make sure the wrapping isn’t tampered with. If anything is damaged or missing at the time of delivery please WRITE IT on the delivery receipt.
The freight delivery driver asked me to help unload my order from the truck, should I help?
No! You should never help the driver remove freight from the truck, unless you volunteer to do so and in a safe manner. If a driver asks you to help unload and you cannot safely assist – refuse the shipment and contact Modern Twig immediately.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
It is very important to us that your order arrives in pristine condition. After receiving your order, please inspect all of the pieces in your order carefully. In the event that your order arrives damaged during transit, please document your delivery with notes and take photos of any visible damages to the packaging and its contents.
For pallet deliveries, it is very important to note any visible damages, take pictures, report it to the driver, and notate it on the delivery receipt. This will help us in processing any damage claims. Report any damages or incorrect pieces to hello@moderntwig.com within 3 business days.
What happens if my UPS/FedEx order requires a signature but I won’t be home on the delivery date?
